Naomi Bulochnikov-Paul is executive vice president, Communications for Disney Entertainment Television & Direct-to-Consumer. In this role, she leads communications for Disney’s entertainment streaming platforms — Disney+ and Hulu — as well as Disney Global Advertising, platform distribution, and the television division of Disney Entertainment, which includes such iconic brands as ABC, ABC News, Disney Branded Television, FX, Hulu Originals, and National Geographic Content.
A trusted advisor and communications strategist, Bulochnikov-Paul helps shape the narrative and positioning of Disney’s television and streaming businesses. Reporting to Dana Walden, co-chairman, Disney Entertainment, and Kristina Schake, chief communications officer, The Walt Disney Company, she oversees media relations, corporate communications, executive visibility and engagement, internal communications, and high-profile external events.
Rising through the ranks at Disney, Bulochnikov-Paul has held leadership roles across multiple brands. She first joined the company as vice president of Communications for Freeform, where she helped define the network’s voice and broaden its reach among young adult audiences. She was later promoted to senior vice president of Publicity for ABC Entertainment, leading campaigns that helped the network reclaim and sustain its position as the No. 1 entertainment network for four consecutive seasons. She went on to serve as executive vice president of Publicity and head of Communications for Disney Entertainment Television, overseeing award-winning campaigns for some of the industry’s most acclaimed and popular series, as well as for ABC News – the most trusted brand in news today.
Before joining Disney, Bulochnikov-Paul held senior communications roles at Netflix as director of Original Series Publicity and at Sony Pictures Television’s digital arm as vice president, Media and Talent Relations. Across both roles, she led integrated campaigns that amplified storytelling, drove viewership, and built momentum through media, influencer and social engagement.
Bulochnikov-Paul has been recognized as Cablefax’s PR Executive of the Year and featured on Variety’s annual Hollywood’s New Leaders list. She has also received the PR Guru Award and Industry Leader Award from Cynopsis’ Top Women in Media Awards and was named among PRWeek’s Women of Distinction and Ragan’s Top Women in Communications.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Hofstra University.
