ABC NEWS’ “GOOD MORNING AMERICA” IS AMERICA’S MOST-WATCHED MORNING SHOW, WINNING THE WEEK IN TOTAL VIEWERS
“GMA” Delivers Its Strongest Performance in Adults 25–54 and Adults 18–49 in 6 and 7 Weeks, Respectively
“Good Morning America” Ranks No. 1 in Adults 25–54 on Tuesday and Wednesday

“Good Morning America”
“Good Morning America” ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (2.893 million), for the week of Dec. 1, 2025, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research, leading NBC’s “Today” (2.860 million).
- “GMA” turned in increases from the previous week in Adults 25-54 (+3% – 483,000 vs. 469,000) and Adults 18-49 (+11% – 332,000 vs. 300,000). “GMA” saw its best Adults 25-54 performance in 6 weeks and strongest Adults 18-49 delivery in 7 weeks — since weeks of 10/20/25 and 10/13/25, respectively.
- “GMA” ranked No. 1 in Adults 25-54, leading “Today” on Tuesday (+48,000 – 516,000 vs. 468,000) and Wednesday (+20,000 – 533,000 vs. 513,000).
- “GMA” slashed its margins with “Today” week to week in Adults 25-54 (-83% – 56,000 vs. 334,000) and Adults 18-49 (-92% – 21,000 vs. 268,000).
- “GMA” decreased its gaps with “Today” versus the same week last year Adults 25-54 (-65% – 56,000 vs. 160,000) and Adults 18-49 (-80% – 21,000 vs. 106,000).
- “GMA” (2.893 million, 483,000 and 332,000, respectively) beat “CBS Mornings” (2.076 million, 236,000 and 363,000, respectively) in Total Viewers (+817,000), Adults 25-54 (+120,000) and Adults 18-49 (+96,000). “GMA” led “CBS Mornings” in Total Viewers and Adults 25-54 for the last 1,403 weeks overall — since w/o 1/18/99.

“GMA3” averaged 1.446 million Total Viewers, 153,000 Women 25-54, and 122,000 Women 18-49 during the week of Dec. 1, 2025, based on Live+Same Day Big Data+Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research, leading “NBC News Daily” across the board.
- “GMA3” posted double-digit gains week-to-week in Total Viewers (+11% – 1.446 million vs. 1.298 million), Women 25-54 (+59% – 153,000 vs. 96,000) and Women 18-49 (65% – 122,000 vs. 74,000), hitting season highs in all key target demos. In fact, “GMA3” turned in its best performance in both key Women demos in over 9 months – since w/o 2/10/25.
- “GMA3” was up year to year in Women 25-54 (+6% – 153,000 vs. 146,000) and Women 18-49 (5% – 122,000 vs. 115,000).
- “GMA3” outdelivered “NBC News Daily” in Women 25-54 (+54,000 – 153,000 vs. 99,000) and Women 18-49 (+54,000 – 122,000 vs. 68,000) by its largest margins in over 15 months – since w/o 8/5/24.
- Season to date, “GMA3” is beating “NBC News Daily” in Total Viewers (+3% – 1.349 million vs. 1.313 million) and Women 18-49 (+10% – 96,000 vs. 87,000) for the 4th straight season, based on Most Current Big Data+Panel Ratings.
