ABC’s Thursday Night Dramas Dominate as ‘9-1-1,’ ‘9-1-1: Nashville’ and ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Jump to Biggest Multiplatform Audience Since Their Season Premieres

ABC’s Thursday night dramas continued to dominate as all three shows, including “9-1-1,” “9-1-1: Nashville” and “Grey’s Anatomy,” rose to their biggest Total Viewer audience since their season premieres after seven days of viewing on ABC, Hulu, Hulu on Disney+ and digital platforms. On linear, all three dramas earned a season high among Total Viewers, pushing ABC to a win for the night among the broadcast networks in both Total Viewers (5.53 million) and Adults 18-49 (0.57 rating).

  • After seven days of viewing on ABC, Hulu, Hulu on Disney+ and digital platforms, “9-1-1” (8 p.m. ET/PT) earned 8.20 million Total Viewers and a 1.34 rating among Adults 18-49, rising +80% (vs. 4.55 million) and +283% (vs. 0.35 rating), respectively, over the show’s initial Live+Same Day audience with the best multiplatform audience among Total Viewers since its season premiere (8.30 million on 10/9/25).
  • On linear over seven days, “9-1-1” earned 6.45 million and a 0.62 rating among Adults 18-49, reaching season highs and standing as the No. 1 show of the night in both measures.
  • Thursday’s newest star-studded first responder drama “9-1-1: Nashville” (9:00 p.m. ET/PT) delivered 6.99 million Total Viewers and a 1.09 rating among Adults 18-49, rising +82% (vs. 3.85 million) and +241% (vs. 0.32 rating), respectively, over the initial Live+Same Day audience, scoring the show’s biggest multiplatform audience among Total Viewers since the series debut (7.82 million on 10/9/25).
  • On linear, “9-1-1: Nashville” hit series highs after seven days among both Total Viewers (5.79 million) and Adults 18-49 (0.59 rating).
  • Continuing to dominate at 10 p.m., “Grey’s Anatomy” turned in 21 million Total Viewers and a 1.37 rating among Adults 18-49, rising +154% (vs. 2.44 million) and +523% (vs. 0.22 rating), respectively, over the initial Live+Same Day audience, with the show’s best multiplatform audience among Total Viewers since the season 22 debut (6.61 million on 10/9/25).
  • “Grey’s Anatomy” posted 4.35 million Total Viewers and a 0.50 rating among Adults 18-49 on linear, rising to a season high among Total Viewers (4.34 million) and matching the show’s best performance among Adults 18-49 (0.50 rating) since its season premiere on 10/9/25. “Grey’s Anatomy” led its hour for the second consecutive week in overall viewers and the third week in a row in the key Adult demo.
