Then, TISH PERIOD, who went viral for unknowingly covering an iconic TLC song in front of them, is back with an update and an original song performance.

Wednesday, Aug. 12: (OAD: 03/24/26) Spring Refresh: Mindset: Pastor KARRI BRYANT returns to help spring clean mental clutter! She helps refresh one’s mindset and guides a Tam Fam member through a powerful reset designed to boost confidence. Then, a DAYTIME EXCLUSIVE with “Love Is Blind” star JESSICA BARRETT, who opens up about the calm, confident mindset that had fans rooting for her when her “fiance” body shamed her. Later, triple board-certified neurologist DR. LEAH CROLL breaks down neuroplasticity — and how one can rewire their thinking for the better. Plus, licensed acupuncturist SANDRA LANSHIN CHIU demonstrates the viral ear-seeding trend with a live in-studio demo.

Thursday, Aug. 13: (OAD: 05/07/26) Amazing Medical Stories: In a DAYTIME EXCLUSIVE, actress LAURA ORRICO opens up about giving birth at 49 to baby Aviana, conceived using her late husband’s frozen sperm 10 years after his death.
