Monday, March 2: EXCLUSIVE: Tini Younger: In a candid conversation, chef TINI YOUNGER speaks publicly for the first time since the loss of one of her twin daughters, how she is recovering, and what this new chapter looks like. Plus, Tini gets in the kitchen to make a special dish for the Tam Fam and share news of her new cookbook. Then, chef SHAW-NAÉ DIXON cooks up one of her famous soul food recipes from her popular restaurant and shares how she turned her kitchen into a place of purpose after a scary medical incident that left her in a coma.

Tuesday, March 3: Let’s Get Lit: It’s an all-new chapter of the book club series with the hottest page-turning books and the authors everyone is talking about. First-time self-published author DAMIAN LEWIS shares how his book, “Call Me First,” went viral after a conversation with a delivery driver. Then, TV icon JOAN LUNDEN is here and telling her story in a way she never has before in her new memoir, “Joan.” And OLIVER JAMES, who went viral for bravely admitting he couldn’t read at age 32, celebrates the release of his new book, “Unread”; plus, a brand-new Shop Tam Fam.

Wednesday, March 4: Little Dreamers, Big dreams: The seventh edition of the series with some of the most gifted young talent out there. Nine-year-old KYNLEE HEIMAN, a gymnastics virtuoso who has earned the nickname “Kynlee the great” for her gravity-defying twists and tumbles, joins the Tam Fam. Next, 10-year-old rapper CREED B GOOD, who was featured on A$AP Rocky’s latest album, is here. And 11-year-old culinary rockstar MINA COLE creates one of her flavor packed dishes. Plus, 11-year-old guitar prodigy BAY MELNICK VIRGOLINO, who is turning heads online and sharing the stage with guitar heroes, like Slash, is with the Tam Fam.

Thursday, March 5: I Survived: Incredible true-life stories of people who survived the unimaginable. First, a woman survives a “you won’t believe it” encounter with the deadliest animal in North America. Then, three generations of a family, including a 90-year-old, are lost at sea; and the emotional story of the unlikely hero who helped rescue a 7-year-old boy, who didn’t know how to swim, from a canal lock with no way to get out.

Friday, March 6: Tamron’s tasting table: Cozy kitchen: Recipes to keep one warm and cozy. CHEF NATASHA PICKOWITZ demonstrates how to make her tingly beef hot pot. CHEF NICK ANDERER and his sommelier wife, NATALIE JOHNSON, are sharing comfort food recipes inspired by their old New York and European roots. And James Beard-nominated JERELLE GUY is back with her new book and comfort food recipes with a little lift.
