Monday, Jan. 8: Date ’Em Til You Hate ‘Em: Do you chase the spark or lean into the slow burn? It’s the hot dating debate, and we’re having it with professional matchmaker and star of Netflix’s “Jewish Matchmaking” ALEEZA BEN SHALOM, the host of “The Date Brazen” podcast LILY WOMBLE and senior associate editor of The Atlantic FAITH HILL, whose article on the topic got everyone talking! Plus, Tamron talks to a group of singles to get their take on the sometimes wild dating scene they are navigating.

Tuesday, Jan. 9: DAYTIME EXCLUSIVES with TEYANA TAYLOR and RJ CYLER: It’s being called one of the hottest movies of the year. Now, in a daytime exclusive, TEYANA TAYLOR joins the Tam Fam to talk about “The Book of Clarence” and the Oscar® buzz around her critically acclaimed role in “A Thousand and One.” Then, her co-star from “The Book of Clarence,” popular actor RJ CYLER, joins the conversation. Plus, an all-new shop Tam Fam!

Wednesday, Jan. 10: The Loneliness Epidemic: Everyone feels lonely, but when should you start being concerned for yourself or your loved ones? This special episode dives into the topic with U.S. Surgeon General DR. VIVEK MURTHY, who says loneliness is such a major health problem that it puts people at risk of premature death as much as smoking every day.

Thursday, Jan. 11: Life’s Twists and Turns: DAYTIME EXCLUSIVE: Former politician ANDREW GILLUM and powerful voices in today’s culture ANGELA RYE and TIFFANY CROSS join us to talk about their hot, new, no-holds-barred podcast, “Native Land Pod.” Plus, attorney and father GARY SCHILDHORN tells his terrifying story of how a phone call from what sounded like his son almost scammed him out of thousands. Some of the Tam Fam’s favorite chefs cook up their crave-worthy dishes for the New Year! “Top Chef” judge GAIL SIMMONS takes a delicious twist on salsa verde and chips and turns it into a savory breakfast for dinner. Then, award-winning executive chef of Lure Fishbar, PRESTON CLARK, cooks up a surf and turf with a butter sauce that sends Tamron swooning. Plus, food blogger and chef KAT ASHMORE shows us how to make hearty salads that are so delicious it will have you rethinking what should go into your salad bowl, plus the inspiration for her first cookbook, “Big Bites.”
