‘THE VIEW’ RANKS NO. 1 IN HOUSEHOLDS AND TOTAL VIEWERS AMONG ALL DAYTIME NETWORK TALK SHOWS AND POSTS GAINS IN BOTH KEY WOMEN DEMOS SEASON TO DATE, MAKING IT THE ONLY DAYTIME TALK SHOW TO GROW IN BOTH KEY WOMEN MEASURES

‘The View’ See Increases in Total Viewers Week to Week and Across the Board Year to Year

On Monday, ‘The View’ Scored Its Most-Watched Telecast in 7 Weeks

For the week of March 16, 2026, “The View” ranked No. 1 in Households (1.84 rtg.) and Total Viewers (2.736 million) among the daytime network talk shows, leading NBC’s “TODAY Third Hour” (1.37 rtg. and 2.130 million, respectively), “TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle” (0.93 rtg. and 1.459 million, respectively) and “NBC News Daily” (0.92 rtg. and 1.409 million, respectively).

  • In addition, “The View” averaged 231,000 Women 25-54 and 170,000 Women 18-49, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research.
  • “The View” improved week to week in Total Viewers (+3% – 2.736 million vs. 2.650 million).
  • “The Views” turned in gains on the same week last year across the board: Total Viewers (+6% – 2.736 million vs. 2.579 million), Women 25-54 (+18% – 231,000 vs. 195,000) and Women 18-49 (+13% – 170,000 vs. 150,000).
  • On Monday (3/16/26), “The View” scored its most-watched telecast (3.101 million) in 7 weeks – since 1/27/26.
  • Season to date, “The View” is improving in Women 25-54 (+7% – 229,000 vs. 215,000) and Women 18-49 (+4% – 169,000 vs. 164,000) versus the comparable number of weeks last season. In fact, “The View” stands as the only daytime talk show to grow in both key Women measures.
  • Season to date, “The View” is ranking No. 1 in Households (1.74 rating) and Total Viewers (2.632 million) among all broadcast daytime talk shows for the 9th straight season.
