‘THE VIEW’ RANKS NO. 1 IN HOUSEHOLDS AND TOTAL VIEWERS AMONG ALL DAYTIME NETWORK TALK SHOWS FOR THE 9TH STRAIGHT SEASON
Season to Date, ‘The View’ Is Improving in Both Women 25-54 and Women 18-49, Hitting a 3-Year High in Women 25-54, and Stands as the Only Daytime Talk Show to Grow in Both Measures
‘The View’ Builds on the Same Week Last Year in Total Viewers and Women 18-49

For the week of April 13, 2026, “The View” ranked No. 1 in Households (1.67 rtg.) and Total Viewers (2.545 million) among the daytime network talk shows, leading NBC’s “TODAY Third Hour” (1.28 rtg. and 1.972 million, respectively), “TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle” (0.86 rtg. and 1.328 million, respectively) and “NBC News Daily” (0.83 rtg. and 1.264 million, respectively).
- In addition, “The View” averaged 211,000 Women 25-54 and 162,000 Women 18-49, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research.
- “The View” improved in Women 25-54 (+7% – 211,000 vs. 198,000) and Women 18-49 (+9% – 162,000 vs. 149,000) compared to its most recent week of original telecasts two weeks ago (w/o 3/30/26).
- “The View” built on the same week last year in Total Viewers (2.545 million vs. 2.542 million) and Women 18-49 (+8% – 162,000 vs. 150,000).
- Season to date, “The View” is improving in Women 25-54 (+7% – 228,000 vs. 214,000) and Women 18-49 (+4% – 169,000 vs. 162,000) versus the comparable number of weeks last season, hitting a 3-year high in Women 25-54 — since the 2022-2023 season. In addition, “The View” stands as the only daytime talk show to grow in both key Women measures.
- Season to date, “The View” is ranking No. 1 in Households (1.75 rating) and Total Viewers (2.640 million) among all broadcast daytime talk shows for the 9th straight season.
