‘THE VIEW’ RANKS NO. 1 IN HOUSEHOLDS AND TOTAL VIEWERS AMONG ALL DAYTIME NETWORK TALK SHOWS, POSTING GAINS IN BOTH KEY WOMEN DEMOS SEASON TO DATE

‘The View’ Is Up Week to Week in Total Viewers, Delivering Its 2nd-Most-Watched Week in Over 1 Year and This Season

For the 4th Straight Week, ‘The View’ Turns in Increases Year to Year in All Key Target Demos

For the week of Feb. 9, 2026, “The View” ranked No. 1 in Households (1.87 rtg.) and Total Viewers (2.806 million) among the daytime network talk shows, leading NBC’s “TODAY Third Hour” (1.49 rtg. and 2.265 million, respectively) and “TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle” (0.94 rtg. and 1.426 million, respectively).

  • In addition, “The View” averaged 232,000 Women 25-54 and 168,000 Women 18-49, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research.
  • The View” was up week to week in Total Viewers (2.806 million vs. 2.796 million), delivering its 2nd-most-watched week in over 1 year and its 2nd-most-watched week of the season — since w/o 11/4/24, the week of the presidential election.
  • For the 4th straight week, “The View” turned in increases on the year-ago week in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+4% – 2.806 million vs. 2.693 million), Women 25-54 (+19% – 232,000 vs. 195,000) and Women 18-49 (+12% – 168,000 vs. 150,000).

  • Season to date, “The View” is improving in Women 25-54 (+5% – 224,000 vs. 213,000) and Women 18-49 (+1% – 165,000 vs. 163,000) versus the comparable number of weeks last season.

  • Season to date, “The View” is ranking No. 1 in Households (1.70 rating) and Total Viewers (2.594 million) among all broadcast daytime talk shows for the 9th straight season.
