‘THE VIEW’ RANKS NO. 1 IN HOUSEHOLDS AND TOTAL VIEWERS AMONG ALL DAYTIME NETWORK TALK SHOWS, POSTING GAINS IN BOTH KEY WOMEN DEMOS SEASON TO DATE

‘The Views’ Posts Gains Week to Week Across the Board and Improves Year to Year in Both Key Women Demos for the 10th Straight Week

For the week of March 9, 2026, “The View” ranked No. 1 in Households (1.78 rtg.) and Total Viewers (2.650 million) among the daytime network talk shows, leading NBC’s “TODAY Third Hour” (1.34 rtg. and 2.055 million, respectively), “TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle” (0.93 rtg. and 1.413 million, respectively) and “NBC News Daily” (0.90 rtg. and 1.418 million, respectively).

  • In addition, “The View” averaged 231,000 Women 25-54 and 174,000 Women 18-49, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research.
  • “The Views” saw gains on the previous week across the board: Total Viewers (2.650 million vs. 2.638 million), Women 25-54 (+8% – 231,000 vs. 214,000) and Women 18-49 (+3% – 174,000 vs. 169,000).
  • For the 10th straight week, “The View” improved year to year in Women 25-54 (+3% – 231,000 vs. 224,000) and Women 18-49 (+7% – 174,000 vs. 162,000).
  • Season to date, “The View” is improving in Women 25-54 (+6% – 228,000 vs. 215,000) and Women 18-49 (+2% – 168,000 vs. 164,000) versus the comparable number of weeks last season. In fact, “The View” stands as the only daytime talk show to grow in both key Women measures.
  • Season to date, “The View” is ranking No. 1 in Households (1.73 rating) and Total Viewers (2.622 million) among all broadcast daytime talk shows for the 9th straight season.
