‘THE VIEW’ TURNS IN ITS MOST-WATCHED TELECAST IN MORE THAN 1 ½ YEARS WITH GUEST VICE PRESIDENT JD VANCE
‘The View’ Posts Increases Across the Board Week to Week, Drawing Its Largest Overall Audience in Nearly 5 Months and Strongest Performance in Both Key Women Demos in 4 Months
‘The View’ Sees Double-Digit Gains Year to Year in All Key Target Demos

For the week of June 15, 2026, “The View” averaged 2.942 million Total Viewers, 244,000 Women 25-54 and 189,000 Women 18-49, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research.
- On Tuesday (6/16/26), with guest Vice President JD Vance, “The View” turned in its most-watched telecast (3.331 million) in more than 1 1/2 years — since 11/6/24, with “The View”’s post-presidential Election Day telecast. In addition, it was “The View”’s 2nd-most-watched telecast in nearly 5 1/2 years — since 1/11/21.
- “The View” posted across-the-board increases week to week in Total Viewers (+22% – 2.942 million vs. 2.403 million), Women 25-54 (+13% – 244,000 vs. 215,000) and Women 18-49 (+7% – 189,000 vs. 177,000), drawing its largest overall audience in nearly 5 months and delivering its strongest performances in both key Women demos in 4 months — since weeks of 1/26/26 and 2/16/26, respectively.
- “The View” posted double-digit gains on the same week last year in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+20% – 2.942 million vs. 2.456 million), Women 25-54 (+24% – 244,000 vs. 196,000) and Women 18-49 (+24% – 189,000 vs. 152,000).
- Season to date, “The View” is improving in Women 25-54 (+8% – 226,000 vs. 210,000) and Women 18-49 (+6% – 169,000 vs. 159,000) versus the comparable number of weeks last season to its strongest in 3 years — since the 2022-2023 season. In addition, “The View” stands as the only daytime talk show to grow in both key Women measures.
- Season to date, “The View” is ranking No. 1 in Households (1.74 rtg.) and Total Viewers (2.621 million) among all broadcast daytime talk shows for the 9th straight season.
NOTE: From Wednesday-Friday (6/17-19/26), “The View” was retitled to “View-ABC.” The retitled telecasts are excluded from the weekly and season averages. “The View”’s weekly averages are based on two days (Monday-Tuesday).
