WITH LARGEST VIEWERSHIP IN 3 MONTHS, ‘THIS WEEK WITH GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS’ RANKS NO.1 IN TOTAL VIEWERS

“This Week with George Stephanopoulos” ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (2.463 million) on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research, leading NBC’s “Meet the Press” (2.456 million) and CBS’ “Face the Nation 1 and 2” (2.433 million).

• “This Week” posted week-to-week increases in Total Viewers (+7% – 2.463 million vs. 2.303 million) and Adults 25-54 (+28% – 394,000 vs. 309,000), hitting season highs in both measures. In fact, “This Week” scored its most-watched telecast in 3 months — since 7/20/25. In addition, “This Week” stood as the only Sunday public affairs program to grow in both measures.

• “This Week” was up on the year-ago Sunday in Total Viewers (+1% – 2.463 million vs. 2.446 million), representing the only Sunday public affairs program to build its overall audience year to year.

• “This Week” (394,000) outdelivered CBS’ “Face the Nation 1 and 2” (290,000) by its largest Adults 25-54 margin (+104,000) of the season, leading the CBS program for the 3rd time of the 4 weeks this season.

• Season to date, “This Week” leads CBS’ “Face the Nation 1 and 2” in Adults 25-54 (+24,000 – 349,000 vs. 325,000).

George Stephanopoulos is anchor, Martha Raddatz is chief global affairs correspondent and co-anchor, and Jonathan Karl is chief Washington correspondent and co-anchor of “This Week.”

CBS’ numbers are based on averages for both “Face the Nation” and “Face the Nation-2.”
