Paul McKeown

Paul McKeown is head writer of “Dragon Striker.”

McKeown is a comedy writer, director and performer with a rich background in comedy writing and script editing. He began his career as an animator, contributing to major studios such as Warner Bros., Walt Disney Animation and DreamWorks.

In 2004, McKeown co-founded One Hand Clapping, a creative boutique specializing in intellectual property development, direction, script editing and digital comedy.

He has directed music videos for artists that include Elton John, Mark Ronson and Dido. He wrote and directed the “10 Worst Things” web series for the Fuse network, which garnered millions of views.

His expertise extends to animation scriptwriting and editing, with collaborations involving Disney, Netflix, Cartoon Network and Canal+. Notable projects include serving as a writer and script editor for “Angry Birds: Summer Madness” and writing on “PJ Masks.”

Originally from the United Kingdom, McKeown currently resides in the United States.
